2. What data we process and why
We only process data you fill in yourself, and only for the purpose stated below. We never sell it or pass it on for advertising.

3. How long we keep the data
We keep data from inquiries and contact forms for the time necessary to handle the request, and then for the limitation period, but no longer than 5 years. We delete data of models who are not part of active cooperation upon request at any time.
4. Who we share the data with
We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment details for Foot Club payments are processed exclusively by the Stripe payment gateway (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.), which is an independent controller of this data – see stripe.com/privacy for more. Our hosting provider and e-mail service provider may also process data, exclusively as processors under a contract.
5. Your rights
In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- correct inaccurate data,
- erase your data ("right to be forgotten"),
- restrict processing,
- object to the processing,
- lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
You can exercise your rights by e-mail at info@feetmodels.eu. We respond to requests within 30 days at the latest.
6. Cookies
The website only uses a technically necessary cookie to remember the selected language (CZ/EN) and login session cookies. We do not use third-party marketing or analytics cookies.
